Who called me from this phone number (530) 203-5040

They had the last four numbers of my Social Security number, my name, and date of birth, but would not tell me who they are. They asked me if the information was correct and I did not confirm. I hung up after that because she would not tell me anything more unless I wanted to confirm the information.
