real estate solicitation. I called him and he believes his calls comply because they leave a voicemail recording on the phone rather than it ringing. But my phone rang AND when I ignored it, his recording left a message. Nonetheless he promised to take my number off his list. He says he bought a list of phone numbers in particular zip codes.

I get spammed by this number at once or twice a year. They are persistent, as this has been going on for several years even though I have the number blocked.
