called claiming that I am eligible for a VA program that allows me to make upgrades to my home. I then asked how he received my information, he stated that they VA did. I informed that I never gave the VA authorization to release my information and that it was against the law if they did that. He then asked me again if I would be interested interested in the program eligible for veterans? I then asked to do mean the VA loan cash out refinance option? He said no that its not a refi. I then asked if the company he is working for is a bank he said no. I then asked him one more time how acquired my information. He responded with do you want to use the program or not? I said no and he hung up on me. I then called the number back and it comes back as not in service.
