called using my previous married name and threatened to serve papers or contact human resources. wanted me to call back with reference number .scam scam scam .
I received a call from that number and they said the same thing to me. I think the call is BS also. And at the end of the call they said good luck . Who says that?

the recorded deep male voice had my name. Scary. I missed most of it as I have gotten several of these. gave a phone number too fast to write down and a case number. said if I didn't call back they will show up at my home or work to serve me
Claims to be a government agency and said I'm being served for a fraudulent SSN. Threatened to cancel my social security number and put me in a federal prison.

Received a call on July 8th, 2020. Left a message for a person (not me) similar to the other messages left here ("a -bogus- matter served & caller was retained by somebody ....)". This was the number left to call back with a fake case #!! Number that called me was 518-735-3538
