They just keep calling. Have them "blocked" but it still rings once every time. Am on "do not call list" but that does not seem to matter.

Caller ID says Key Bank. I returned call purposely, with intention to give them grief. The first thing the women who answered said was it was a recorded line and "Could I hear her okay". I didn't speak and hung up. Trying to get you to say "yes or OK". I am on a do not call list.
