She is the real thing Debbra Segunna, not sure if I spelled her last name correctly. I went to NY government consumer protection site and contacted them. They confirmed she works for them and take cases. The consumer protection number does start 518-474. She said she is asking for a phone that would display identity of her as being from NY consumer protection.
