Who called me from this phone number (518) 413-9982

Robocall mega-scampaign facilitated by “Peeringhub” non-fixed VoIP dis-service cartel. Although this # is one of their many actual “Peeringhub” non-fixed VoIP #’s, these scammers are also fraudulently spoofing legit subscriber #’s, en masse. All facilitated by “Peeringhub”.
