Robocall scampaign facilitated by “Peeringhub” non-fixed VoIP dis-service cartel. Although this # is one of the scammer’s “Peeringhub” non-fixed VoIP #’s, they are also fraudulently spoofing legit subscriber #’s. All facilitated by “Peeringhub”.
