Received a call from 518-391-4565, from a female by the name of Jennifer, calling from the "Petition of Criminal Justice Department", looking to speak to me for quote on quote " a POSSIBLE POLICE EQUIPMENT FEE" , on behalf of New York State. The VM she left me was a robo machine. THIS IS A SPAM. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. NYS GOV WILL NEVER CALL YOU TO COLLECT A "FEE".
Caller left voice mail claiming to be an investigator with Liquor Authority. I tried calling this number back but it was out of service.
