It's a robocall, claiming to be "from the reverse mortgage department." The confusing part is they are using the 800 number for my real mortgage company as a call-back number, it's even on their website - and their e-mail is at reversedepartment-dot-org, the company referenced in the robocall. But it's only for general calls - if they need to contact me they personalize the call, and from a legit number. So the scammer is directing business to a real company!
