Who called me from this phone number (517) 589-4774

I have had call after from this 1-517-589-4774. I spoke to someone and asked to be removed from the call list, they said that they would remove me and then...moments later this # 1-317-754-6648 Indiana call after that one stopped ringing in I received yet another from 589-4774 three more times back to back. Again as soon as one stopped ringing in another began. Next was from 1-310-765-2592 five minutes later 1-517-245-0099 and again from 1-517-345-7870. This has gone on most of the day.
