Who called me from this phone number (517) 546-9850

Could not understand the caller. Very bad English and I think he was fishing. Claims was Medicare and wanted to question me about my part B coverage, last visit to doctor and more. The he asked for some who was not at my phone number. I said no one here by that name... he hung up.
