Who called me from this phone number (517) 481-2746

Claims I have an outstanding balance and its my last chance to pay!!! dun-dun-dun. I pressed 1 to speak to someone "immediately"! The gentleman asked who my caseworker was, i told him I dodn't know. He asked for my name, I said I was hesitant to divulge that. He replied "well fuck you then." and hung up on me. Sounds fishy to me.
