Who called me from this phone number (517) 301-3432

Says it is a Travel Agency. When I ask to be removed from the Call List I am immediately hung up on. They literally call me 10 times a day. Yes, 10 times a day. When I call back to speak with an agent to verify I am removed from the Call List, after following the prompt correctly, I still am immediately hung up on.
