I hung up after being told I was the second place winner of $10,000,000 by a robotic caller named Michael Freeman. He then called back and left a message.

Voice message that I was lucky winner of the Publishing House Sweepstake's. And that I was to call 516-908-5293. I called later and after 6-7 rings I hung up. Well immediately I received a call from that number and the caller asked if I was calling to speak with an agent and to file my application as the lucky winner? I asked what is the person's name they were seeking, and the line went dead.

OBVIOUSLY REROUTED! HOW COME THE FCC OR THE FBI CAN'T TRACE THESE CALLS.
