I copied the last comment, " They knew my name the asked when my name was available to press one, when I did they put me on hold then said they were calling from States collection Agency. He asked me to verifiy me dob, I said, "absolutely not" he said then can you verify your address. I said, " If you give it to me, I will verify it" he said, thank you for your time, have a nice day and hung up...
This number keeps calling my phone at least a dozen times in a row. I have it blocked as a scam.
Same as above, this time collection department. Then asked for my date of birth to verify that it was actually me , I said she called me and to mail whatever she was pushing.
I did not answer this call but called it back from my landline (number on which it was received) because my number is blocked and someone answered as Rose and said it was a recorded line. I hung up.
"Rose" called saying that she had a personal matter to discuss with someone in the office. She would not disclose where she was calling from "It is a personal business matter." She said can I leave my name and Number?" Which I took .. Rose, 516-758-1014

Got a call from this number claiming it was collectors agency. They asked me to confirm name, dob and address. Not ever giving my information over the phone or online ever again. Way too many scams going around.
