They call Hair Salon randomly. and they say we call from Con Edison, your payment has not done yet, so we will stop the water at 1 pm. and pay by money card(=gift card we can buy every drug store) I asked our account number, of course, they can't say it. they told me to call back this number at 1-800-825-0183. Even gas leaking happens Con Edison never answers your call directly be asked department number never pay anything them.
