Who called me from this phone number (516) 665-1476

This number is harassing people... just got a called asking if I wanted a loan for my business. I said no and to please remove lee from the list. He kept talking over me and when I said its against the law to continue talking over me and being disrespectful he said no its not and kept harassing about his loan. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!
