Received a call this morning at 11:30 AM from 516-360-3428 saying Congratulaltionss you are a second place winner at publisher's clearing house please feel free to call David Taylor Prize Patrol Manager. Have a marvelous day. This is a legitimate call nootifying that you are a winner. I did call the number back, rang more than 11 times before anyone answered, got a recording of a man's voice sayinjg it was publisher's clearing house but tthere was something "fishy"about this man's voice so I did not say anything and just hung up. I believe that this is most definitely a scam.
