Who called me from this phone number (516) 219-0013

I don't know who this is. I called this number back and said to press 1 to speak to a customer service agent or 2 to be put on a "Do Not Call" list. I tried to press 2 and it did nothing. I called again and pressed 1 to speak to an agent and nothing. It doesnt even make any kind of sound whatsoever when pressing a number. All I hear is the swoishy noise in the background. Never got transferred to speak to anyone and no confirmation saying that I would no longer receive any calls from them. I'm worried now because of all the talk I'm hearing about calls from numbers not recognized that people answer anyways and that all of their info is being retreived/stolen in that way.
