Not a robocall but someone who was VERY upset when I mentioned that they weren't obeying the DNR and set "I'll mark you as not interested" (gee I can't imagine why). Other countries have had far more success stopping this - esp. to cell phones. Why does the US have to lag behind in EVERYTHING?
