Who called me from this phone number (515) 575-4709

the number says it is VISA/Mastercard and press 3 if you wish to be dropped from call list - when 3 is selected a confirmation voice comes on to say you will no longer be contacted - I get this call at least once a week even though I always press 3 to not be contacted
