Who called me from this phone number (513) 699-2553

This number comes up as The Kroger Group. It's acting like a fax. I have tried to fax them to tell them they are calling the wrong line to fax anything. It came back error. I've tried calling the number back and it just keeps ringing. I believe it is spam.
