Who called me from this phone number (513) 692-4556

I don't know how they got my number but have been calling my cell phone which I don't give out. I comes in as unknown caller I have my cell phone for friends and family. I decline the call but they just call back feel like I am being harassed by this number likely not even out of Ohio! A Robot call I think.
