I suspect this company does broadcast fax advertising for many companies and geographic areas, but one of their services is to advertise various home improvement services, such as residential roofing and siding, offered by small businesses in Florida. I contacted one of the businesses that was their client, and complained about my FAX number (I am not in Florida), but the roofing company has no control over individual numbers that their marketing service supplier uses.
