Who called me from this phone number (512) 866-9857

Wanted to speak to the owner about whether we accept credit cards. The heavily accented dude was told we do not accept credit cards, we are not interest in accepting credit cards and to take our phone number OFF their call list. The dude just kept on talking. This could be either a scam or a telemarketer. We blocked the number.
