Who called me from this phone number (512) 668-9121

Called , identified herself as "Katie, on a recorded line", then hung up. When I called her back to complain about the rude behavior, she started to tell me about someone having requested her credit repair service without apologizing! I had not requested her service and would never accept anything from anyone so RUDE!
