Called and left a message for "Melissa" saying that a formal complaint was filed by the plaintiff and that they need to do an asset of employment verification to be served and so on. Really wish these people will stop calling, as I am not Melissa. Have also received several calls telling "Melissa" that your loan is ready. So, PLEASE DON"T CALL ME. I am NOT Melissa, nor do I know anyone named Melissa.
