Called me today and left a message informing me that if I didn't not return their call they would issue a judgement against me. I don't owe any debts. Hell even if i did, I'm a Texas resident good luck with that "judgement"
This is a firm called Hamlin and Ross they claim. They are trying to mediate a settlement of a debt we supposedly didn't pay. Bogus! They have called me many times.
Like others have said, I received a call today saying I've been noncompliant and that they have no choice but to report me to the authorities if I don't respond today. Might call back to waste their time and energy like they did mine.
Very rude and threatening and trying to get me to send them money or I was going to jail.
Called my phone looking for my son. Caller stated ath since I was his mother if I gave a dam about him I would take care of the 1200.00 matter or a warrant would be issued for his arrest. I told him to get a pen so I could give him my sons number and he told me my son was going to jail and they didn't give a dam if I didn't. These people got what they asked for today. I told them off and hing up.

Calling claiming to pursue legal actions down the road. Immediately after got another call from a similar number threatening the same thing after i told the first one to take me off the list.
has called several times. it's amazing since we are on the Texas Do Not Call List & the other. This is what I am doing have a book and recording all called plus saving voice messages for legal actions down the road. every call is going to cost $$$$. he's not to smart i'm an investigator and will go after him/company. broke state & federal laws. gotta where I want ya, now I'm going to get ya!
Man said a bunch of cases are going to be filed against my son ad he been recommended for mediation. He wanted something today to prevent Nuses Nueces Court from indicting him. We called him a scam and hung up.
caller says this is the last courtesy call. we need to hear from you today or they will be forced to report my non compliance to the authorities. rattles off an 800 # to call them back. I believe this is a scam call and they are trying to intimidate people into sending them money they don't owe. Don't call it back or don't call the 800#. I blocked them. They have called my number 6 times since September.
