Who called me from this phone number (512) 357-8583

When I answer my cell the person calls me by my name telling me that I had complain about pain in my joints. I respond by telling him that I have no pain in my joints and hang up. But he keeps calling know matter what I tell him, so I block him but he always call back on a different number. Other numbers not to answer (512) 698-4532, +1 (800) 125-0151, and (512) 396-4832 please be careful. Thank you
