Who called me from this phone number (512) 355-0785

This is a company that states they are a student loan assistance company. They call from a different number all the time. MAKE IT STOP. How can companies use a number that is not in service when you call it back. This should not be an option to companies. If we cannot call them back then they are not a legitimate company.
