Exact same message...2 in a row...from Miguel Lopez...scam
Someone called my phone from Bertram, Tx three calls in a row looking for my son. They left this message “This message is intended for a Mr xxxxxx claim number 904 for this is Monica Perez contacting you regarding an order that was submitted to my office this morning I need to verify an address to present you with your formal claim at your residence and place of employment Mr. Xxxxx there may be a claim brought against you at this point you have an opportunity to contact the firm handling the claim _?_?_?_?_?_ _?_?_?_?_?_?_ matter they can be reached at 866-304-5570 your claim number listed on this order is 9044 you have officially been notified…” I reported both numbers to The police. They said it’s a scam!
This just happened to me with the same number but it was a lady named Jennifer. She was so rude and yelling at me. Wouldn't give me any information about said claim. Blocking that number.
Said that there is a claim that I have and that a claim might be brought against me by a firm. I am given no names of companies nor what kind of claim it is. The number called again stating his name is Mike Adams talking more and more angrily that I have to call an 866# before he brings papers. Whatever.
The messages that leave keep changing but they will call up to 8 times in a row. One for a loan one to contact for judgement against me. One stating they are trying to resolve a debt.
They said I get allegations against me
Called talking about investigation about missing person. Clearly a scam.

Called workplace asking to confirm address and wanting to speak to direct supervisor or mngr of one of our employees - got very upset and said theyre on their way but didnt show up and also gave an 800 number to call - i called back the 355 number and it just says - THIS IS AN INVESTIGTION - SCAMMMMMMM
