Who called me from this phone number (510) 929-1983

Received a spam robocall with 678-719-7167 showing on caller ID (most likely spoofed), and the message was only the tail end of a recorded call that urged me to call them back at 510-929-1983, otherwise they were starting legal proceedings. Yeah, right. Total BS! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
