I received a call from this number and actually answered just to see what scam is going around. It was a lady asking for Alice, than when I said no they asked if I was Mr "something I couldn't understand who she said", then she said sorry, I must have the wrong number and hung up. I called the # back and it was a call center for refinancing. But because I called them, they were able to know my name and address from my phone number. The person who called me from the 510 number, didn't even know my name she asked for someone else. I believe it was a scam calling under the guise of that 510 number so they couldn't be traced back.
