Caller calls me every 45 minutes for several months. Caller ID shows "unavailable." I never answer, and no messages are ever left. I have finally shut off my phone. I check messages and calls in caller ID several times daily. AT & T cannot offer any help. But they have no trouble sending me my monthly bill for over $50.
