Who called me from this phone number (510) 455-5673

Not a robot caller. They call everyday. I dismiss the calls then I block them. They just call again, and again changing the llast 2-4 numbers . I decided to answer today. A woman said! Our conversation is recorded. And there's a concern about my housing then hung up. I'm tired of these calls. Reporting the call.
