Was called by this number and they somehow knew my first name and had what sounded like a lady’s voice asking for me by name. After no reply they just hung up. This is a robo or spam calling account and it needs to be blocked or blacklisted by the FCC.

I got a call from (510) 200-9111. I know the person who called. A relative gave an ex-sister-in-law both of my phone numbers, cell and landline without my permission. This person is shady. I did not want her to have my number or anything to do with her. I feel she is shady. I had just gotten new phone numbers too. I don't want to change my numbers, I recently did that. So, I am just going to block her.
