Who called me from this phone number (509) 844-9349

Robo-caller. Recording starts with the urgent phrase, "Do NOT hang up." Number is valid but calling it back gets a long period on hold followed by a cheeky robotic "goodbye." Obviously an effort to waste the time of anyone who tries to complain. Nasty outfit, whoever they are.
