Who called me from this phone number (509) 255-8081

Claims to be Stacey at McGuire Research. Attached a photo file saying your opinion matters and a link about livability in a county of WA state. I don’t know where they got my cell number and knew my county. I thought the fact that it both had downloadable graphic and an alleged survey link made it a big risk. Deleted and reported as junk.
