This is not a scam, Guys! With DCU platform update, all auto payments have been disabled by default from the account. So all the overdue payments , they are calling and helping the person to pay and advise on setting up the auto payment back on the file.
DCA scam - they knew my name and date of my reoccurring payment
Got a call from this number pretending to be DCU. Total scam.
This is NOT A SCAM !!! I got a call few days back and left a voicemail asking me to call back. This is from DCU and is regarding payments delayed. I'd auto-pay setup and looks like I'd stopped it few months back. The payment didn't go though this month and they had called regarding this.
This number called me they knew my first and last name said they were DCU, told me I was late on a payment which I check my accounts regularly and knew I wasn’t. They wanted me to make the payment and started asking questions I hung up. The lady sounded so innocent and believable. Get a real job ya bum!

They called and could not pronounce my name and wanted me to verify who I was. I told them to verify who they were and informed them that they were fraud. I called DCU and they verified that 508-970-3362 was NOT a DCU number and that I did the right thing by not providing any information.
DCU impersonation. Left me a VM. Thanks to this site I didn’t call them back.
Got a call from this number reporting I hadn't paid DCU. I checked my payments and I had. Total scam. They even knew the amount of the payment previous to the one I had made. If you call back it says DCU and they tell you you're on a recorded line so it sounds legit. But it is most definitely not.
DCU Scam, they somehow knew my number, first and last name.
They said they were DCU and asked for my ssn and DOB. I told them I needed to verify the number... and that led me here! Thank God I knew better
This number is being used by someone claiming to be from Power Home Remodeling. My wife was called (after an initial in-person visit from a "sales rep") and almost immediately was asked for private, personal information and credit information.
