Who called me from this phone number (508) 792-8490

This guy called and when I answered he hung up. So I called back and in a gruff and intimidating voice said he was looking for donations from the police department. I told him I don’t like people hanging up on me. To which he replied “Are you the one who makes decisions for the business?” To which I just hung up and blocked the caller.
