Pretended to be a patient asking about what we used for Telehealth software. Straight up deceitful.
Received a call from a man at this number requested information about our facility. When I asked him questions and told him that we cannot divulge information about our facility and our policies and practices, he became extremely rude and aggressive.
Trying to get info. I am not able to give!
A male called from this number to have details of our facility and upon asking about sharing details of the caller before I can divulge any information about our facility, he was extremely rude and I was scared even to communicate further. He was not cooperative at all and hung up on me. This has happened a couple of times with this caller.

A female who did NOT identify herself or her company asked who the manager of two of our office were and the managing CEO. when i asked the name of their company and what the call was in reference to she immediately hung up. RUDE may i say Company name is Definitive Healthcare at 5 Strathmore Road, Natick, MA 01760 and phone number is 1-508-720-4224. i may just call them back :)
