This number called 8 times in a row and as I just would answer and hang up it sped up their process of calling again. I ended up blocking it all together

Received a fax machine call from this number 5 times in a row, before I blocked it. Then started receiving the same call from a similar number and blocked it. Then received from a third similar number and blocked it. Looked up all three numbers and they are all attached to the Health Exchange. I DO NOT NEED GOVERNMENT MADE HEALTH INSURANCE.
