If (507) 262-2428 you try and get the name and address of the company. There is no sense complaining unless you know the entity you area complaining about. As they use a prerecorded message you have a sure fire Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) case against them and can get $1500.00. statutory damages. The hard part is hoping the person you are speaking to is dumb enough to give you the name and address jof the employer - generally they terminate the conversation when you ask them for the name ad address.
