Scam text from fake "Wells Fargo Fraud Alert" that "your card has been locked" then tries to make you go to a fake scammer website

I called the number back from a texting app # and it was a recording from the "Automotive service department" concerning my warranty.

Fraudulent call from "Janet Wells" purporting to solicit donations for a non-profit. DO NOT ANSWER.

Received a call from this number saying I cut him off on the road in a Honda civic, said he took my license plate number to DMV and got my phone number and address was going to come over my house to get an apology, funny thing is I am not from NM, with an out of state phone number, I didn't back down 1", he got quiet and said I think I have your neighbors address, sounds like someone needs to get a life.

I was getting one or two calls a day from (505) 356-1728. When I pick up the phone there's a BEEP (not a fax sound) and nothing else. Today I've had about ten calls SO FAR.

nuisance, calls leaves no message.

I had a call this this morning from this number. This is how the transcript showed in my voicemail: “Hello I'm calling in regards to legal _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ to be serviced out within the next 72 business hours you are required to validate not gonna vacation _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ your signature as proof of service if you're not at your residence you will be served at your place of employment please press one to be connected to a representative or call 888-782-8807 _?_?_?_ is an extremely time sensitive matter and if you fail to receive a response this will be _?_?_?_?_?_?_ to the fullest extent of the law thank you and have a nice day…”
