Who called me from this phone number (504) 814-8332

Didn't ring (or called from separate number) and told me to call them back at a DIFFERENT number - 888-723-3979 - to discuss my "student loan repayment options". I haven't had a student loan debt in over 20+ years, clearly a scam.
