504-758-3410 First asked if we were still accepting credit card payments from our customers. Did not answer that, but asked where she was calling from, she said merchant services and asked if I was responsible for our account. I asked for the account number that she was calling in reference too, and she said she wanted to speak to the person responsible, I said give me the account number and I will find that person for you...no account number was given. I placed her on perma-hold and left her there. She hung up after a minute and has not called back. This is a BS call.
