Entergy disconnection scam call. Worker says that electricity is slated to be disconnected in 45 minutes, gives their "worker ID number" and a "case number" and a fake Entergy customer service (1 800 307 1145) number to call to resolve the issue.

caller id came up as US gov Navy, Said they were entergy and in route to do a disconnection. gave employee id # and said to call 1-800-933-8307 when called they said something about georgia nothing about entergy, then was told that services are scheduled for disconnection, and when said that payments were made they said the checks were not readable and that they were being returned and they were scheduled for delivery tomorrow. Then asked if we could make cash payment since c/c transactions take 48 hrs to clear. Told them I would go to an entergy location and pay today. They act legit but is not real. I suggest you google all numbers and make sure you call the number entergy gives you on the bill.
