Constant calls from this number!!!! No matter how many times I haves blocked it!

Constantly calling at all hours. I don’t answer.

Wanted me to verify my social and date of birth before he would tell me who he was and what he was calling about. When I told him no he was rude and hung up

I had gotten the same phone # & saying that if I don't call them back ,there might be a warrant issued & I might get arrested !!! I'll say," I'm laughing at your superior intellect ! "

left a message stating they would put a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't call back
