This is a scam asking to locate someone you know because there is "a claim" against them - no legal notifications are/can be made via telephone.
Received repeated texts addressing me by my first name, asking about purchasing my house. My house is not for sale, and is not listed for sale.
These people have been harassing me despite me asking to be removed from their call list.
He said they were a cleaning services and "could I please speak to the person who makes financial decisions for the company?" Wouldn't let it go without a set time to call back, so I gave him a time outside of our business hours
Extended car warranty svcs. When asked to be taken off the list CSR hanged up.
They keep calling a business # and when asking who they want to talk to- they -HANG UP. If you call back again they don't want to talk to & hang up.
